Elizabeth Brady concentrates her practice on corporate and business law. She has experience in-house and at Parker Poe helping companies navigate a broad range of legal issues, including with real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and general business strategy.
Elizabeth has been a leader in corporate legal departments. She recently served as assistant general counsel for a leading global provider of technology products and solutions. She has also served as general counsel for a developer and operator of select service and extended-stay hotels.
Elizabeth is a former law clerk to the Honorable Gary E. Clary of the South Carolina Circuit Court.
