Neal Cook represents institutional lenders, servicers, finance companies, and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including securitized loans, syndicated financings, construction and permanent real estate loans, asset-based loans, and loan workouts and restructurings. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of commercial real estate finance and development, commercial leasing, and corporate transactions. He is the former head of Parker Poe’s Banking & Capital Markets Practice Group.
While at Wake Forest University, Neal was the articles editor of the Wake Forest Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board.
