Suzanne Reynolds represents a range of real estate clients, from developers and investors to businesses with large real estate portfolios. She advises both landlords and tenants on commercial leasing for a range of real property spaces, including mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, and medical and other health care-related uses. She has drafted and negotiated simple to complex leases including retail leases, subleases, ground leases, build-to-suit leases, and retrofit-to-suit leases.
Clients benefit from Suzanne's experience serving as in-house counsel for organizations in a variety of industries, including health care and retail, where she supported the real estate business team. In previous roles, Suzanne managed the real estate portfolio for an equipment rental company, serving as the sole real estate attorney for a 1,700-store apparel retailer. She also served as legal counsel for a national retailer on real estate issues related to its 7,400-store portfolio.
Suzanne received her law degree from the University of North Carolina.
