Parker Poe served as legal advisor to Carolina Beer & Beverage throughout its sale process.
The Deal of the Year award highlights a transaction involving the acquisition or divestiture of a North or South Carolina company by a private equity group in 2010. The award was presented at the eighth annual Capital Connection Conference at the Washington Duke Inn and Golf Club in Durham.
