Jordan Temple, an associate in Parker Poe’s Charlotte office, advises entrepreneurs and companies on a variety of corporate matters. He helps clients with securities offerings, mergers, acquisitions and similar transactions. He also assists clients with securities compliance and corporate governance.

Jordan comes from a family of educators and is passionate about our education system. He is a community partner with Teach For America, which recruits teachers to serve public schools in low-income communities. Through the program, Jordan mentors a Charlotte high school teacher, providing support and guidance to help that teacher make a difference in the classroom.
