Melanie Dubis leads Parker Poe’s Business Litigation team. Corporate and individual clients rely on her to handle complex disputes in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, insurance, financial services, and technology industries.

Having seen firsthand the impact AIDS can have on a family, Melanie works tirelessly to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support for those living with HIV and AIDS in the Triangle. She chairs the board of directors for the Alliance of AIDS Services – Carolina. She also serves her community as a board member for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and the Carolina Ballet.
