Katherine Ross presented at the annual meeting of the N.C. Bar Association's Environment, Energy & Natural Resources Law Section. Her session provided a review of the evolution of renewable energy policies and laws. She helped explain the issues renewable energy projects face today in areas such as interconnection, power sales, permitting and land use.
