Ashlynn Hutton is an associate in Parker Poe’s Development Services Industry Team. Ashlynn represents clients in various issues related to real estate litigation, including property disputes, eminent domain, construction disputes, and other litigation related to residential and commercial development. Her clients include developers, builders, and owners of commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use property.
Ashlynn is a previous law clerk for Parker Poe. She received her law degree from the Emory University School of Law, where she obtained a transactional law certificate and served as the director of Emory Law’s National Moot Court Competition and on the board of the Moot Court Society. She received dual bachelor degrees in philosophy and international affairs from Lipscomb University. Ashlynn continues to impact law students by serving as a moot court judge in various Georgia competitions.
