Corri Hopkins represents Fortune 500 corporations, investors, financial institutions, small businesses, health care providers, and individuals in complex corporate litigation in state and federal courts (trial and appellate levels). Her practice focuses on commercial business disputes, including class actions and cases involving unfair and deceptive trade practices, fraud and other business torts, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, noncompete violations, and corporate governance litigation. She is a leader within the North Carolina Bar Association’s Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section, serving on its council.
Prior to beginning her legal career, Corri worked in the film industry in New York City, where she negotiated location contracts and arranged filming logistics for many feature films and television episodes. During her film industry career, Corri worked closely with film crews, property managers, city agencies, and law enforcement.
Corri graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law. Also while in law school, she received a Master of Arts degree in sustainability from the Wake Forest University Graduate School. Corri received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University.
