Devon Rhodes joins a team of attorneys who serve a diverse group of clients representing all participants in the construction field, including owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, architects, engineers, construction managers, and surety/fidelity companies.
Devon has experience as a corporate law clerk and corporate legal intern. She has researched and drafted memoranda on various tort and personal injury issues, observed mediations and depositions, and edited legal documents on environmental issues. She also drafted memoranda on real estate, environmental, privacy, and employment litigation issues.
In prior roles, Devon worked as a law clerk, drafting appellate briefs involving speedy trial rights and waiver of appeal rights, among other topics.
She received her law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She began her law studies at Syracuse University where she was an editorial member of Syracuse Law Review. Devon completed her undergraduate degree at Yale University where she captained the lacrosse team.
