Eli Awbrey concentrates his practice on real estate litigation issues, including eminent domain and condemnation.
In previous roles, Eli has interned for Justice Charlie J. Bethel of the Supreme Court of Georgia, Judge Richard W. Story of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and Judge Julie E. Carnes of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Eli also spent a semester with the University of Georgia's Capital Assistance Project, interning with the Georgia Capital Defenders office.
Eli earned his law degree from the University of Georgia. During law school, Eli served as a notes editor for the Georgia Law Review. He earned his bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance from the University of Georgia.
Eli grew up in Carrollton, Georgia. Outside of work, he enjoys jogging, pickup basketball, and pickleball.
