Laura Merriman is part of a team of attorneys who offer clients guidance on the increasingly complex issues of environmental regulation and compliance.
Laura received her law degree from Wake Forest University. She served as an executive editor of the Wake Forest Law Review, a board member of Moot Court, a legal writing teaching assistant, and a judicial extern for the Office of Special Masters for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. She also worked with clients on heir's property issues as part of the Wake Forest Environmental Law Clinic.
She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Prior to law school, Laura worked in refugee resettlement as an AmeriCorps volunteer and as an immigration paralegal.
