Mark Frederick focuses his practice in the areas of zoning and land use law, real property development, and related regulations. Mark advises developers and landowners on a range of real property and development issues. He represents clients through multiple stages of construction and development, from securing initial zoning approvals to navigating local and state regulations affecting later stages of development.
While at Campbell University Law School, Mark interned at a local Raleigh real estate law firm. He received a bachelor’s degree in history from Furman University.
