Michael Youssef focuses his practice on employment and benefits law.
Michael's employment practice is strengthened by his prior experience as an accounts manager for a global provider of human resources management software and services. In that role, he helped secure approximately $4.3 million in federal tax credits for nearly 300 clients on an annual basis. He also trained clients on best screening practices, allowing them to maximize federal tax credits and stay in compliance with IRS regulations.
Michael also previously served as an area manager in sales and marketing for a food group in South Carolina, where he managed independent restaurant accounts and other clients in the food service industry with the goal of maximizing sales and new accounts.
Michael earned his law degree from North Carolina Central University, where he served as the executive editor of the North Carolina Central Law Review and was a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association. He earned his undergraduate degree from Francis Marion University, where he served as president of the Hispanic Student Association. Michael also holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University.
