Seth Morris focuses on intellectual property. He has drafted and negotiated technology and data sharing agreements, and he also has experience with real estate and other commercial agreements.
Seth has served as a higher education law fellow for UNC-Chapel Hill's Office of University Counsel, where he assisted with a wide range of transactions and provided counsel in areas such as privacy, insurance, contract compliance, and risk management. He has also served as senior counsel and voter protection director for the North Carolina Democratic Party.
Seth received his law degree from UNC School of Law, where he was the director of the Pro Bono Board, a staff member of the North Carolina Journal of International Law, and a member of the Moot Court National Team. While at UNC, he was inducted into the James E. and Carolyn B. Davis Society, which recognizes extraordinary leadership and commitment to service. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of the South, where he was a member of the Student Senate, Pi Sigma Alpha, and Omicron Delta Kappa.
Seth is passionate about community service and volunteers for Legal Aid of North Carolina and the Triangle Land Conservancy. He is also an Eagle Scout.
