Shalanna Pirtle presented to the Charlotte Area Society for Human Resource Management (CASHRM) on managing workplace violence while minimizing legal risk. Her presentation was designed to help employers prepare for, prevent, and mitigate acts of workplace violence, while understanding the legal risks at play for failing to act.
