Jane Lewis-Raymond was part of a panel hosted by the Carolinas Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). Jane offered insights on boards of directors' roles in compliance beyond setting the tone. She and the other panelists discussed the standards applied to board members for compliance program knowledge, as well as effective ways to engage with the compliance function and the executive team. 

The NACD's Carolinas Chapter is part of the NACD's more than four-decade legacy of setting and teaching the standard for responsible board leadership.
