The webinar offered an overview of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia data breach laws and the anatomy of a data breach, from forensic investigation to stakeholder notifications. Steve discussed data privacy laws and what they do, as well as the risks of data laws and how to comply with them.
