On August 30, Collier Marsh moderated a panel at the Global Carolina Connections conference. He led a discussion about industrial construction market trends in the Carolinas. The panel included Bill Joslin, director of industrial practice area at McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture, Barry Cutshall, vice president of preconstruction at Myers & Chapman, and Derek J. Mathis, senior vice president at SunCap Property Group. Collier is a partner in the Raleigh office, focusing his practice on land use, state and local property tax, construction, and commercial litigation.

Global Carolina Connections is the premier conference for foreign direct investment and international manufacturers in the Carolinas. The 10th annual conference took place at the Younts Conference Center at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. Parker Poe partner Sam Moses is a co-founder of the conference.
