Zack Anstett led a presentation about recent employment law updates that covered the most recent year of federal agency action and courthouse rulings as part of a CLE at Campbell University.

Zack discussed impacts of recent judicial decisions at the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and at the state level in North Carolina. His regulatory updates covered the latest with the Federal Trade Commission's noncompete ban and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), among others.

The Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, where Zack earned his law degree, was founded in 1976.
