Elizabeth Gibbes will moderate a discussion on U.S. immigration law as part of an Employment Law Alliance webinar. The webinar will cover compliance and worksite enforcement as well as employment-based immigration and benefits. Elizabeth will lead a discussion that highlights what employers need to know about staying compliant with anticipated regulation and policy shifts for U.S. immigration in the coming years. 

Elizabeth and the panel will cover key responsibilities and expectations for employers and employees, guidance on implementing an efficient and compliant I-9 process, and strategies to proactively prepare teams and systems for successful management. They also will cover handling remote employees and third-party placements, preparing for changing immigration laws and travel restrictions, and developing an effective global mobility policy and program.
