The Charlotte Business Journal noted how Dena is the former United States Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina (WDNC) and will advise clients on white collar defense, government and internal investigations, and regulatory and compliance issues across several industries including financial services, health care, and education.
It also noted how Dena tried more than 100 civil and criminal cases to verdict as a trial lawyer and litigated hundreds of cases from initial filing through appeal.
