  • Advice and counseling regarding performing rights and photocopying licensing with the Copyright Clearance Center, ASCAP, BMI, etc.
  • Web-related intellectual property issues, including auditing websites for intellectual property issues, investigating and monitoring intellectual property assets on the Internet, digital copyright issues and database protection
  • All manner of copyright licensing and transactions involving copyrights, including computer software licensing, publishing agreements and book contracts

  • Patent litigation and patent licensing in connection with pharmaceutical, biotech and other business sectors. For patent filing and prosecution, we can work with client's patent counsel or coordinate these matters through well-respected U.S. patent firms with whom we work closely on a regular basis
