Charlotte, N.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that 87 of its attorneys have been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America®, whose rankings are among the highest standard in the legal industry. In addition, eight Parker Poe attorneys were named “Lawyer of the Year” for their practice areas and geographic locations.
Best Lawyers is the oldest peer review publication in the legal profession. For more than 30 years, it has relied on exhaustive peer review surveys to compile its rankings. The surveys go out to tens of thousands of leading lawyers, who then confidentially evaluate their peers. Attorneys are not allowed to pay any fee to participate or be listed. For the 2020 edition, more than 8 million votes were analyzed and less than 5 percent of practicing attorneys in the U.S. made the cut.
Attorneys were ranked across a wide range of the firm's practices and offices. Four attorneys were listed for the first time. Below are Parker Poe’s recognized attorneys, the years they were first recognized, and the practice areas in which they are ranked.
